The Amazing Shrinking Woman! • D03P2R1

Today is day 3 complete – Didn’t lose any pounds overnight, but I look at it this way:

They say I should lose a pound a day, I haven’t been on this for more than 6 days so 6 pounds in four days is just awesome!

But, just for the heck of it, I took my body measurements today instead of tomorrow – Do you know that I have already lost 9.75 inches total???? Good gravy! My stomach is definitely coming down, I can actually see that!

I am running late, so I cannot post what I ate yesterday, so I will chat with you all later on this evening.

500 Calories and NOT Hungry • D02P2R1

Well!

I went down another two pounds! Yesterday was my second day on 500 calories. When I got to dinner time I was almost, “do I have to eat all this food???”

This is what I ate yesterday:

• 3.5oz Chicken / 3.5oz Beef – cooked with Cajun Seasoning
• 3 cups Spinach / 3 cups Lettuce – flavored with Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Cilantro, 1/4 cup of Alfalfa Sprouts, salt and pepper, lemon juice
• 1 Apple / 1 Orange

The top part of my stomach is noticeably down in size, it’s quite amazing.

Day 3? Bring it on!!!

I’m On My Way • D01P2R1

I know it’s only one day of 500 cal down, but honestly, if you would have asked me last week if I could survive on a measly 500 cal in one day I would have LAUGHED so hard in your face. But I made it! No, I wasn’t hungry, I was more missing eating.

But guess what???

I lost 4 pounds over night. Ok, ok, I know most of that is water weight, but hey, it’s a start yes?

I am planning on keeping a record here of my progress, so I will continue updating this thread with my information, hopefully daily. This is what I ate yesterday:

• One apple, one orange
• 3 cups of raw spinach, 2 roma tomatoes
• 7 oz of chicken
• Juice of one lemon, 1 tsp of cilantro, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, salt and pepper
• 150 oz of water

Shots are getting a bit easier to bear. I actually did today’s in one fell swoop! Not do a little, stop, do a little, stop! :D

I have to thank all of you for being here, and so willingly giving out fantastic information and answering questions, no matter how small. Without the support I would have never started.
