Good Morning!

Another .4 pound loss! Anything going in the DOWN direction is good for me! I have 13 days left on this round, and I had hoped to reach at least 30 pounds loss, but boy oh boy would I like to be in the 210′s when I start my Phase 3!!!

That’s only 6.8 pounds more! Come on abnormal fat, BE GONE!!!

We shall see!

Are you getting tired of my updates yet? LOL

Well, the scale AND the measuring tape were both kind to me today! Another.4 pound loss AND a 3/4″ lost! That makes a total of 23.8 pounds and 27 inches! WOO HOO!!!

I am actually starting to see a waist. My jeans are definitely falling off of me, but I refuse to buy new clothes yet! LOL

Today marks the beginning of my 5th week.

I was slightly hungry yesterday afternoon, but it was the end of my two day break, so I attribute that to my hcg not being in my body anymore, but it was satiated with eating dinner. Still taking the ACV – even used it with the Amino Acids to make a dressing for my cucumbers yesterday afternoon.

Well Golly Gosh Darn!

The scale was kind to me today! I dropped another pound! WOO HOO!!!

Aunt Flo has left the building! I think it’s about time! Maybe NOW my average will get back up to normal eh? Still taking the ACV – still working like a charm! Took it three times yesterday, plan on doing the same thing today.

I seriously cannot believe that tomorrow begins my 5th week on this protocol! Wow, the time is FLYING by! I don’t know if I am looking forward to the break or not. I kinda like watching the scale move, however small on a daily basis. I don’t know how I am going to handle the stress of phase 3?!?! But I have all those that have made it there to watch and fall back on.
