My Ten Minute List
Yesterday I asked for input on making a list of things we will be able to do this year that we were not able to do last year, and I am more than pleased at the response!
Here is MY list:
I will be able to get my blood pressure lowered
I will be able to do the Cooper River Walk
I will be able to finally not be plagued by my sore back
I will be able to help thousands of people getting to their weight loss goal
I will be able to finally say “I am at goal”
I will be able to take those dance lessons I really want to take (shag and belly)
I will be able to learn to lay brick (yup, always wanted to learn this!)
I will be able to wear a bikini
I will be able to “see” myself at under 140 pounds
I will be able to finally start loving myself
I will be able to be completely free of shyness in front of the camera
I will be able to go shopping in any “5, 7, 9″ shop
I will be able to not hear my knees creek walking up a flight of stairs
I will be able to meet more people from the Happily Thinner After forums!!!
I will be able to be a trophy wife (yup, I crack myself up!!!)
I will be able to not be worried about my “muffin top”
I will be able to work in the garden without feeling winded
I will be able to get health and life insurance, without the waiver of being overweight
I want to share some of the comments from other lists, but that will be tomorrow. And do you know what else tomorrow is??? Tomorrow I start my 6th ROUND! WOOHOO!!!
