8 Days of Happy – Day 1

Finally was trying to catch up on my blog reading and I came across this blog and she was writing about how one of her blogging friends was starting a meme on posting daily for 8 days on things that made you happy for that day.  I have been feeling very positive as of late on a whole lot of things so I thought I would join on the happy train and let you peek in for the next 8 days what makes me happy.

Day 1 – Wednesday – April 29, 2008

I am in the middle of a very special project and it’s coming together very nicely. This project is causing massive butterflies in my stomach, but I am happy that daily I am spending time on it even though those little pesky negative mind talk demons keep trying to rain on my parade.

This project will culminate in a very big announcement come May 1, 2009 – so all you readers, be prepared.  It’s exciting.  It’s nerve racking, but it’s causing me great joy – cause as the most famous leader of the A-TEAM would say (this is the 2nd time I have used this inference today – what is up with retro???):

I love it when a plan comes together.

So that is what made me happy today – my plan is coming together.

    Well, one thing that has made me happy today is that I got a tweet from you getting me directly to your blog!! How cool is that?

    Also, it is Shawny’s birthday today, and I just called her and sang happy birthday to her, and wished her an extra special day today. I’m going to sew something for her today, just don’t know what that is.

    Another thing that makes me especially happy is that I know what your project is!!! LOL It would kill me if I didn’t. ROFL

    Sunshine… There is bright yellow sunshine in my window, warming my shoulder as I type this. I love Spring/Summer.

    I received two pictures of our great grand daughter Carolina @ 6 weeks. She is so beautiful.

    Talked to one of my sisters by phone and we always enjoy a laugh or two. Also, had a call from my best friend of almost 40years….we can talk all day but I do have to restrain myself!

    Had grass fed organic beef I ordered online and it was really
    tender & made a nice supper, me with just cabbage and DH had sweet potato & green beans & avocado.

    I was happy to read of your enthusiasm… your butterflies… and happy I had the perseverance to hunt out your blog, which I must admit is not so easy to find, even for me.

    Here is how I did it… I searched out Biz in the members.. then clicked through the tabs to the last one to find the address… not something the newbies can easily do… perhaps? Just feedback, feedback…

    What is she up to… hmmm what’s causing the butterflies… hmmm maybe metamorphasis? ahhhhhhhh!

    I’m formally requesting you build a bridge into Onederland paved with the thanks of all who have passed over… I sent Bevy a pic of what it might look like… but then it could be different for everyone of course… because in the land of Magic that is how it is, isn’t it?

    I’m so happy to be participating on HTA from La France… where the people will have a GRAND need of something like HTA very soon I promise because I am finding that about 99.99% of their food now contains LA SUCRE… ( the sugar)… I told Honey.. this is not good… they ARE going to become very fat… and he is in disbelief, but I just see that the boundaries of illogical greed have reached far and wide… Let the Logic begin!!
