		<description>I love the Chinese proverb. Another reason as to why they live so long. Diet is only part of it. So many times we can give into our derailments ( I read somewhere in the wee hours this morning on HTA of someone comparing our journey to a train ride-love it! ) and decide to wait until &quot;tomorrow&quot; or &quot;Monday&quot; to take care of our &quot;off course&quot; bump in the road. My interpretation of what you blogged is that our life depends on us to take care of it now!!!! Let&#039;s not wait for the diseases to settle in or to progress any worse. And as I write this I&#039;m also thinking that it&#039;s not just physical ailments that can strike us. It&#039;s very much emotional and spiritual,too.  Let&#039;s work right now-today-to get back on track and keep this train moving.
