One of my readers shared this with me, and all I can say is WOW – it’s not short, but it’s worth watching.
It’s a presentation by a pediatric endocrinologist at UC San Francisco Medical School on the statistical and biochemical effects of fructose and sucrose in our bodies and on national health levels over the last 20-30 years, specifically on children.
Very eye-opening, and it gives me plenty to think about.
