Some of you have asked me what to expect if you were to get RR done. It’s a pretty basic process – and it’s divided into sections – and I am speaking in the first person when describing this:
Intention: The session always starts with this. This is what I want instead of what I have. It’s an intention for a given situation at the time of the session – it could be any situation that develops in life that I want to set an intention for; or it could be something I need to resonate with to accomplish that day. It also may apply to a relationship in my life or a goal I want to achieve.
Personal Strength: This is what my system identifies that it needs to resonate with so I can more easily attain my intention.
Daily Empowerment Intention: Sometimes, this is all that needs to be identified so I can reach my intention. But this process identifies that particular thing that would make my intention possible.
Purpose: This is what brings me confidence and joy in my life – this is what I want to resonate with. If I keep focused on what brings me confidence and joy I will resonate at a higher frequency – be more positive, happy and influence others in more positive ways.
Projections: This can entail both negative and positive. It’s what I project on the big screen of life. It’s like focusing on the road ahead and not letting my eyes drift to the side. The positive projection is what I see for myself – a different way of being, doing, and having. I see myself having received the blessing of your intention and keep my eyes focused on that. The negative projection is that ‘wall’ that prevents me from achieving my goals. These statements are all just in relationship to a particular intention. It will change for whatever your system wants to accomplish or shift out of the way at any given time in your life. This is a journey and process, because I am a work in progress.
Correlating Statement: At this point in the process, the exact frequency my system needs to identify with is determined – this is what I need to resonate with to accomplish my intention – it is usually associated with a note on the musical scale, an octave or other frequency (microwave, x-ray, etc).
Positive Actions: These are the actual steps I identified that I will need to take so that I can integrate my intention and resonate with it. Sometimes, skills or resources are identified as needed and also acceptance of the consequences that the intention will bring into my life.
That is it in a nutshell – some things are consistent in each session – I identify negative patterns via statements, problems, earlier experiences, negative beliefs, negative feelings and then identify positive thoughts, feelings, beliefs I need so that I can accomplish what I want out of life.
