An Ending and a Beginning – 08.21.2007 – D56P2R1

Good Morning!Boy did I miss all of you over the weekend. I had to have my HCG FIX and no one was around! Ok, Ok, I know the board was down, but still, that didn’t help anything!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

~*~TODAY WAS MY LAST DOSE OF HCG FOR THIS ROUND~*~


I am about to embark on PHASE 3! Just 72 hours from now, I will be having my first Phase 3 meal! I am so excited, apprehensive, but still excited!I ended on this note:

  • Start weight – 250.8 – End weight – 213.8 – Total of 37 pounds lost
  • Started 1st Injection on June 23, 2007 with NHW – 3 load days, and first VLCD June 26, 2007
  • Ended my 6 weeks worth of shots from NHW on August 4, 2007 – that was a total of 32 shots (if you include the 2 first injection shots)
  • Started with Gloria’s sublingual recipe on August 7, 2007 using 150iu dose per day (taken twice a day)
  • Ending today – August 21, 2007

My inch loss was nothing short of a miracle. Look at these numbers!Neck Bicep Forearm Chest Waist Hips Thigh Calf

Countdown to Chow Down! – 08.18.2007 – D53P2R1

Good Morning!Thank you first of all for all the nice comments you folks made to me yesterday! It’s cool to know that my daily progress is being heard by the masses! LOL

Scale was REALLY nice to me today! Down 1.2 pounds! Didn’t expect that, no how no way! Down to 214.4!!! WOW – Totally blew me away!

I have officially 3 more days of weigh in before it’s my LIW – I need to lose 1.4 pounds to get to 213 – which would be WAY cool to be there during my break. That is only a little less than a half a pound a day. DOABLE??? Well, we can only hope!

Stay tuned as the last of the round 1 story of biz comes to an exciting conclusion!

Bonus Losses – 08.17.2007 – D52P2R1

Good Morning!I know – a little late this morning. I don’t even know if people even read about my progress anymore! LOL – it’s ok, I like talking to myself anyhoo. Plus it’s a place for me to journal and it helps me with accountability.

Again the scale was nice to me! .6 loss to a total of 35.2 – I am down in my 215′s! 215.6 to be exact. Dare I even begin to hope that I might be down in my 214′s or 213′s by the time I am done with this round on Tuesday? OMG! That would be just a miracle!

Every day there is a weight loss is a bonus for me. At the beginning of this I had a goal of 30 pounds, and I did that, but now it’s 35 – anything else is just gravy!

No picture update today. I left my camera behind when I went to family this past weekend, and they are sending it back to me. So whenever it gets here, I will take pics.
