Biz is nutrition and weight management coach. She is a founder of the website Happily Thinner After which was created to help people reach and successfully maintain their weight goals. As an expert at Dr. ATW Simeons method of weight loss (The hCG Protocol), described in his book Pounds and Inches, she has educated and helped countless individuals over the last half decade to be successful in this endeavor. A primary source of this help is through her personally sculpted Boot Camp program which is part of Happily Thinner After.

While Pounds and Inches is instrumental in a weight loss program, she discovered a need to take Dr. Simeons research beyond mere weight loss and to incorporate a maintenance program which was not included in his book. Through much personal research, consideration, and experimentation, Biz has developed a proven method of maintaining the weight lost on The hCG Protocol. Having a variety of clients has helped her to understand and determine what different body types need after reaching their goal. The result is assured client confidence! These methods also work beyond the scope of The hCG Protocol. Biz has had much success in helping clients who are adjusting their nutrition or have lost weight using other methods. She is able to offer a workable plan for her clients to also allow them to enjoy life while maintaining their goal.

The above two photo testimonials are just a sample of the people that I have helped get to their various goals using the hCG Protocol!

Coaching is the key to my success! Maintaing the loss is difficult, but with Biz in your back pocket you can’t go wrong. She has worked with me in all phases of my journey – actively losing through maintaining….and I’m consistently impressed with her wealth of knowledge and the way she is able to help me stay focused on my goals. Thank you, Biz! I could not have come this far without your help.

Thank you, thank you for coaching me. Although I haven’t been here so long, I know the accountability and huge support you offer
is priceless. I expected P3 to be impossible for me and look at me … Day 24 and I’m within .6 of my last round weight loss!
I don’t have before and after photos since I’m fairly new, but I am so pleased with what I have experienced so far.
With someone walking beside me daily… who has walked there before me… this helps me realize I really can do this…

Thank you Biz! I have finally figured out how to maintain and I know I would never have managaged to ‘get it’ without your help!

I was also surprised to find ‘other options’ that not only made protocol more enjoyable, but surprisingly effective as well.

Biz, as you already know…I owe so much of my success to you! I don’t know where I would be today without you. I started this journey weighing 220 pounds and got down to 130 pounds! You have kept me focused on the goal all the while reminding me to enjoy life. You have taught me how to enjoy life while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Never have I felt deprived while following your suggestions. Biz has not only helped me physically but emotionally as well. Helping me get to the root of feelings that have played hand in hand with my weight. Thank you Biz! You know I love you.

Biz takes the guess work out of maintenance! Yes, another believer emerges …

I thought I had the whole process down pat, after all – I was almost a veteran, I had four rounds under my belt. I mean how much thought does this whole thing take when you have come through three rounds with virtually no problems? Then as I went into R4P3, I had a hard time stabilizing, and I began to struggle as I realized I was into new territory. Biz offered to come alongside me and “coach” me through the process. I have to admit that she was spot on with the advice I received, I quickly stabilized and moved into P4 and have been able to not only maintain, but to incorporate new recipes, health tips and advice that allows me to keep my focus on a healthy lifestyle. I receive a daily e-mail that is thought provoking, and challenging. If you are looking for an edge to make sure you keep off what you have worked so hard to lose, “coaching” is the way to go. Biz is the bomb!

Biz, I am so glad I found you! After having a rough time on my second round you took me under your wing and got me back on track. I don’t know how I made it through my first two rounds without you! Your knowledge and guidance is invaluable. I look forward to reading your morning messages…they’re always so informative, thought provoking and inspiring. I find it extremely helpful having you to check in with in the mornings, because it helps me work the plan and get off on the right track regardless of what’s going on. But what I love most is the personal attention you give. I feel that you really want me to win. I know that with you as my coach I will successfully meet my goal for sure! Thank you so much!

When Biz is your personal coach, it goes so much farther than just telling you what to eat. She is your friend, one who stands ready any minute to give guidance, support, and a slap if needed. It goes beyond an impersonal business with her. Each person is an individual challenge. You aren’t a cookie-cutter procedure because she understands the needs for each individual are different, what works for one may not work for others.

I’ve never seen anyone with the knowledge she has regarding food nutrition, calorie counts, ratios of fats, carbs, and protein. When I need a certain amount of nutrients, within seconds she will be able to tell me what to eat, according to what I have on hand.

She never gives up and she won’t let me give up. It is her goal to see each one of us to goal HEALTH and beyond. She keeps me focused on what is important, my health.

I am still on my journey, and I can truly say, Biz, that if it weren’t for you, I would be back to nearly 300 pounds, thinking about trying another diet or anything new that came down the pike. You are teaching me not only about weight, but more importantly about nutrition and mental attitude. It is a journey I will be on for the rest of my life, to have the healthiest body I can possibly have!

Do you want to win the weight loss battle? Your best bet for success? Sign up for personal coaching with Biz. Really. Do it now. There is nothing that keeps you on track better than a personal coach.

I know this personally. I know Biz as “the Bizinator”, and this woman knows her stuff backwards and forwards. Losing and keeping weight off has been a life long struggle for me. Everyone’s body is a bit different and often tweaking our life long dietary plan is trial and error to find what works for us. One of the happiest days of my life was when I found Happily Thinner After. The HCG protocol is the best way for me to deal with my weight. I did great with round one, phase 2. But when I moved on to phase 3, I began to struggle to maintain. Biz was right there for me, personalizing what I needed to do for MY body. She worked with me on changing the ratios of the foods I was eating and bingo… once I implemented that, I began to maintain my weight. She helped me with the grocery shopping, Fitday, the menus, and with my motivation.

Unfortunately I suffer from IBD and that makes weight loss and maintenance even more of a challenge. Sometimes I have to go on a pretty strong drug that makes me gain weight. Last time this happened, I got pretty upset and was ready to just quit my weight battle due to the challenges. The thing with a coach is… they won’t let you quit. They won’t let you give up. So if you are one of the people like me who tend to quietly disappear into the sunset when you are not feeling successful, then you need a coach. With the Bizinator, I was able to get back into control. She didn’t let me quit- she kept me from giving up. She even studied my disease and drug (she is a great researcher!) and worked with me to personalize what works for me.

I am not at my goal yet, but I know with Biz in my pocket, I can get there and stay there. With Biz, you will be getting the best of the best. She can help you when you have a party to go to or you have to go out of town on a trip, or with any variety of events that come up in your life. Here’s what you get–support, accountability, validation, greater sustainable results, and service that helps you clarify and achieve your goals. What are you waiting for?

What makes Biz different as a coach for the hcg protocol is her passion for it. Biz has been through it all herself and with others. Her passion is unfailing. She takes every situation as an opportunity to figure out how to help the person to be successful.

I love the energy and vision Biz brings to the protocol. She’s worked with a lot of people and has been able to help them to make necessary adjustments to make the protocol work for them. She never lets you down and will tirelessly provide exactly the support you need. She’ll be there celebrating with you for every success and will be there to help you get over the hump no matter what. Be it your very first time, or your seventh. It makes no difference to her.

Biz is true to the original protocol, which is something I really like. She will advocate for following Dr. S to the letter but isn’t afraid to help you to modify your menu to meet your needs.

Losing on the protocol is relatively easy. Maintenance is where Biz’s expertise is worth it’s weight in gold (pun intended). As your coach Biz will help you every step of the way in the P3 phase to maintain your loss and either get ready for another round, or move into the lifetime maintenance phase. Without her expertise, P3 is the most difficult thing you can do. With her help you will be successful the first time.

You can’t go wrong working with Biz. In fact, you are part of an elite group of people who have had the privilege to work with her. It just doesn’t get better than that!

I haven’t often asked for help on protocol. I like to do my own research and I always have the internet available wherever I go, but there are some instances where it really helps to be able to call someone who can just help on the spot. Once I found myself at work on phase 2 and had forgotten my measured and prepared meal at home. I got a hold of Biz,and she was very quick to tell me exactly what to do in order not to deviate. It can be difficult to figure out how to eat out on P2, but she’s always ready with ideas and tips. All I had to do was go and get what she told me to get and I was fine.

She even helped my husband when he was so frustrated with hunger on his 2nd round of P2 that he was about to quit after only his 2nd week! I was totally panicking because I knew that he would probably gain all the weight back if he stopped too soon. I just saw no way to get him to stay on protocol and I was really distraught over it, but there’s something about talking to her that gets me out of panic mode. She told us exactly what to do and he went on to have the best round ever! I’m so thankful to her for that.

Biz is an amazing coach! I was so stressed out, when I first came to her, but as she helped me every step of the way, I have become a more calm & more confident me with my weight. I am NOT stressed out anymore, due to Biz and her understanding, knowledge, and over all support. She has given me the tools to handle anything and any fix that has come my way. I am so grateful to her for all that she has done for me.

I have been on phase 4 since 5/2009. I went on vacation in July and found my weight shoot up over 7 lbs above my last dose weight. I had made up my mind that I was not going to do another round to get the weight back down but I was having a terrible time and had almost given up. I finally turned to Biz and she told me that she could coach me and we would get that pesky weight off without me having to do another round. With Biz’s guidance I was able to get rid of the vacation weight and more within 2 weeks. I was amazed and I will forever be so grateful to her for making this possible and teaching me control without having to resort to doing another round when my weight goes up. She is amazing!

Round 1 seemed like such a breeze – until I got to P3! I needed help and joined Biz’s Boot Camp. I respected her help and advice so much and I wanted and needed more. BIZ TO THE RESCUE! Personal coaching is the answer. She has cool tips and is my support through this journey. She helps me break a stall, lose a gain, and best of all, will tell me what to eat when I have no clue and no time. THANK YOU, BIZ!

This is the most phenomenal weight loss protocol, but it can be tricky if you have health
issues.. I joined HTA and Bootcamp right away.. Even though I had Trish’s help she had
to call in the help of Biz to get me moving.. I realized then and there, if I was going to do this right I needed Biz to coach me.. My DH is a doctor and I’m a registered nurse, but this protocol has quirks and things you have to do to move beyond stalls and problems..

I’m thrilled to death to be working with Biz.. She is there for you 180%. With my “stuff”
I wouldn’t be losing and reshaping.. There’s now other way to go.. Biz is so knowledgable
she knows so many tricks to help you with your progress.. Why not do it right!!!!!

I got Biz on my team as I wanted this 4th round to be my last round. I needed her expertise to make my goal. To gain (or should I say lose) as much ground as I could as I really had a time crunch on my hands. I needed her special knowledge..tricks….etc. and it has really kept me moving down the scale and is enabling me to make my goal!

It is so good to be accountable to someone every day. To keep changing things around….when to break, when to change your menu…etc.

She is always encouraging….never condemning. Definitely someone to have on your team! Thanks Biz!!!!

My husband & I have been on this program for a little over a month now. Without Coach Biz’s help we would have been lost. She explained exactly how to mix the HCG, what foods to eat & what to avoid. She was there when we slipped up & encouraged us to stay with it. We have recently gone on P3 & were confused about exactly what to eat. She guided us & explained why we need to stay away from certain foods & why we needed to add other things to maintain our weight. We have both lost quite a bit of weight and after being on diet after diet, this is really the easiest program that we have ever been on.

On my first two rounds of HCG, I worried constantly about just about everything concerning the diet. After working with Biz, life on HCG settled down. I became more comfortable with it. I worried less. Thus, HCG became easier. She gave me the confidence to listen to my body. It was great having someone listen and care about what I was doing. If you happen to be struggling with the HCG program or just need a bit of guidance, Biz is a wonderful and caring coach.

Struggling with a sudden weight gain and the inherent health problems it brought, over just a few years due to large stressful events in my life, I went to doctor after doctor, seeking help. I was also looking for someone who could give me one on one dietary/weight loss support, someone to check in with on a daily basis and be accountable to, and found nothing available. After much expense and frustration, one doctor finally steered me to the HCG protocol. Soon after I stumbled upon Biz’ wonderful HTA website and the rest is history.
Working with Biz has been the highlight of my HCG weight loss journey. Not only has she been an invaluable resource of information and helpful tools, but her daily check-in and timely responses as well as her compassionate and caring interest in my progress have kept the motivation fires stoked. Her knowledge combined with a strong sense of intuition informs her guidance and she always conveys it with great humor that is such a delight! What I especially appreciate is that in working with her, she tunes in to your specific body’s needs and in the process trains you to do so as well. I have lost a large chunk of weight (50 lbs and counting!), feel fabulous and now look forward to working with Coach Biz as I lose a bit more and learn to lock in and maintain my losses.

    Hi, Biz.

Is there a waiting list for your coaching services? If so, please add my name.

I joined Happily Thinner After in 2009. I lost 20 pounds and kept it off – I used the drops. I just started hcg again (injections) under the supervision of my naturopathic doctor. I would like to lose 20 more pounds – I would then be at my goal weight. I want to to stay there and get off of the roller coaster that I have been on all of my life. It so draining emotionally….

I think I would benefit from some personal coaching. I have been lurking on HTA but not sure where to jump back in?

I am going to order your new correction day book.

Thank you for your wonderful website.
