fireworksNo matter how we look at it, there was a lot lost at Happily Thinner After this year...a LOT of weight!!!  We are so proud of all of you who have taken the bull by the horns and pulled together your life in a way that will change it forever.  We also know that you are looking forward to 2010 with the same confidence and expectation as you continue your journey. 

Happily Thinner After has come a long way in the last year as well.  2009 was a big year for us and we expect 2010 to be even bigger.  So  much is going on.  We wanted to share some of our accomplishments with you as well as make you aware of some of our goals for 2010...oh yes, we have some nice things up our sleeve ready to go!  Read more to find out exactly what!!!

blocksThe new year is hours away for most of us!  My coaching clients have been gearing up for 2010 over the last 4 or 5 weeks.   Some of this information is so intriguing however, that I wanted to share it with the whole community.  This will also give you the idea of some of things we have going on within the coaching aspect...something for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey!  Even advanced "dieters" are benefitting from our coaches. 

One thing that many have benefitted from is Mind Movies and Vision Boards (How to Make a Vision Board).  If you are unfamiliar, we have provided some nice links to understand them better. Here is Mind Movie I put together and just for added fun here is one that Jeff did (yes there are some issues with images, he he)...but you will get the idea.
