The new year is hours away for most of us!  My coaching clients have been gearing up for 2010 over the last 4 or 5 weeks.   Some of this information is so intriguing however, that I wanted to share it with the whole community.  This will also give you the idea of some of things we have going on within the coaching aspect...something for everyone, no matter where you are in your journey!  Even advanced "dieters" are benefitting from our coaches. 

One thing that many have benefitted from is Mind Movies and Vision Boards (How to Make a Vision Board).  If you are unfamiliar, we have provided some nice links to understand them better. Here is Mind Movie I put together and just for added fun here is one that Jeff did (yes there are some issues with images, he he)...but you will get the idea.


One thing that has REALLY taken off within our coaching community is Intention Words - WOW - this is really quite amazing, and it would do all of you reading this right now to find your way over to that website and read why it would be important to get yourself focused on one word you can carry with you in the year 2010!  Most of my clients have participated in this fun little exercise, but what is even more amazing is that we have all started to USE the words in our various emails, encouraging each other to focus on our particular word already! The power of just ONE word and how it can relate to all kinds of different areas of your life is phenominal.
Visit that website, think about it for a bit, and then come back here and tell us your word. All comments welcomed!
